These are one hour general classes open to all levels. Non studio members are most welcome and many do come and join us for a great all over body, mind stretch. Taught by Anna Ashton certified yoga teacher who has practiced for 18 years and taught for 6 years. "Yoga enables us to keep doing all the things we love, like pole dancing, running snowboarding and anything else for that matter! we releive the body of pain and maintain balance. Yoga goes very well with the pole as we are able to stretch away our pain and also learn focus and breath techniques to help with stamina." Loving the yoga! Loving the pole! |
